Material errors should be corrected promptly, visibly, and in proportion to their effect on the work.
How corrections are handled
A factual correction identifies what changed and, when material, explains why. Updated research shows a reviewed update date. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be made without a formal note when they do not alter meaning.
How submissions are reviewed
Provide the page, disputed statement, supporting source, and enough context to evaluate the issue. Submissions are reviewed against the evidence; they are not automatically accepted or rejected based on the identity of the sender.
